Our Pet-Friendly Community
At Abri at West Iris, we understand that pets are family. That's why we've created a pet-friendly community where your furry companions are as welcome as you are.
Our spacious apartments and beautiful grounds provide the perfect environment for you and your pets to thrive. We offer pet-friendly amenities and are located near parks and trails perfect for walks and playtime.
Pet Fee Structure
- One-time, non-refundable pet fee: $350 per pet
- Monthly pet rent: $25 per pet
- Maximum of 2 pets per apartment
- Pet deposit: $150 (refundable)
Pet Guidelines
Breed Restrictions
For the safety and comfort of all residents, certain dog breeds are restricted. These include, but are not limited to:
- Pit Bull Terriers/Staffordshire Terriers
- Doberman Pinschers
- Rottweilers
- German Shepherds
- Chows
- Akitas
- Wolf-hybrids
Mixed breeds that include any of the above are also restricted. Management reserves the right to make the final determination on any breed.
Pet Requirements
- All pets must be registered with the management office
- Proof of current vaccinations required
- Dogs must be on leash in all common areas
- Pet waste must be promptly cleaned up
- Pets should not cause disturbance to other residents
- Weight limit: 75 pounds per pet
- Exotic animals are not permitted
